This elite private gym studio has a bougie industrial vibe and offers all brand-new commercial equipment. The gym is fully climate controlled and there are several lighting options - overhead fluorescents, overhead track lights, and ceiling perimeter LEDs which can change color. There is an attached 1/2 bathroom. Two of the 4 walls are mirrored, which allows for excellent visibility and options for photo shoots. Available gym equipment for use: 3D smith machine, V-Squat machine, Hamstring/Quad machine, 2 stack cable crossovers, lat pulldown, seated row, overhead cable for triceps, commercial rack with 5-60lbs pairs of dumbbells, multiple cable attachments and bands This space can be used to train VIP clients or for fitness photo shoots with full privacy

As this is not a publicly used facility, exposure is minimal. All exercise equipment is cleaned after use with available equipment wipes. Floors are mopped daily. Bathroom is cleaned and all surfaced wiped down daily.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
