Events are made to be memorable. Our space will help you do just that. Exposed brick and ductwork, modern lighting. Create memories that are chic and stylish. We provide the setting. You bring the ambiance. We're here to serve all your event needs, from bridal showers to art shows, and everything in between. We are your place for Atlanta event space rental. Located in the back room of Kupcakerie. Rate: $55/hour Monday through Thursday, $75/hour Friday through Sunday. Four-hour minimum Friday-Sunday. Be sure to book enough time for setup and cleanup. Access to the venue will only be allotted during your booked time. Capacity: 45 seated, 70 standing. Hours: Monday through Saturday 7:00am - 10:00pm; Sunday 8:00am - 9:00pm Lead Time: A minimum of two weeks (14 days) advance notice is requested to book venue to allow for personnel scheduling. What we provide: Two 8x2 ft. tables, three 6x3 ft. folding tables, 30 folding chairs, 10 metal chairs, and a big comfy couch. Items available to rent: Full HD projector with 100 inch screen and wireless bluetooth speaker Your responsibilities: You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down/cleaning up your event in a timely fashion. Failure to remove trash will result in a $50 fee. Coming in before the scheduled time or staying late will result in an additional charge. Parking: Parking is available directly in front of our building on Main St., directly behind our building on W. Cleveland Ave., and in the gravel lot located next door to the health center on W. Cleveland. Outside catering is allowed, but no outside cupcakes or cake pops. Outside whole cakes and other desserts allowed.

Health and Safety Measures

Space is cleaned thoroughly between events. Area is vacuumed and mopped and tables, chairs, and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized. .

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
