We take pride in keeping the space fresh, hygienic, and ready for your event. After each booking, the venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. This includes: ✨ Full floor cleaning (vacuuming and mopping) ✨ Wiping and sanitising of tables, chairs, and surfaces ✨ Regular deep cleaning of restrooms ✨ Waste removal and bin replacement ✨ Ventilation of the hall before each event We also provide hand sanitising stations for guest use. Our goal is to ensure every guest walks into a spotless, welcoming space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
