About Green Event Space

This newly renovated event space offers a modern open-concept layout that’s perfect for meetings, workshops, parties, and celebrations. With approximately 675 square feet, the space is intimate yet flexible, comfortably accommodating between 50 and 60 guests depending on setup. Guests will enjoy two flat-screen TVs (48” and 65”) equipped with Apple TV and HDMI connections, making it easy to display presentations, host movie nights, or run workshops with visuals mirrored on both screens. A powerful soundbar system is included, providing clear, high-quality audio for music or presentations. Six-foot rectangular tables and chairs are available and can be arranged classroom-style, in rows for presentations, or clustered for collaborative events. The space features new flooring, fresh paint, and an updated bathroom, providing a clean, professional environment for gatherings. Its open floor plan makes it especially versatile for everything from networking mixers and training sessions to bridal showers and birthday celebrations. For an added touch, guests may also book the backyard space for an additional charge. With string lights creating an intimate atmosphere, the outdoor area is perfect for evening socials, small receptions, or breakout sessions. Located along a main corridor in West Philadelphia, the venue is surrounded by local restaurants, shops, and an authentic neighborhood vibe that gives guests a welcoming experience before and after their event. Free street parking is available directly out front on Lancaster Avenue and throughout the nearby side streets, making access simple and convenient. Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in keeping the space clean and ready for every guest. After each event, we sweep and tidy the space, disinfect high-touch surfaces (including tables, chairs, and remote controls), and ensure the bathroom is fully cleaned and stocked. Cleaning supplies and paper towels are provided for guest use if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
