Built in 1912, the 1st floor of this historic building originally served as the US Post Office under Postmaster JL Skipper. The top two floors were home to the Elks Lodge for several years, and the building later housed other local businesses, including the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce.
The space features preserved brick walls, sections of original flooring, and wooden-framed windows that reflect its history. Design elements throughout the building pay homage to Lakeland and Polk County, with nods to Munn Park signage, the Strawberry Wall, and The Nest Meeting Room, inspired by Lakeland’s swans. This unique combination of history and thoughtful design makes the space ideal for meetings, workshops, networking events, and celebrations.
