High end vintage store on the lower east side in NYC just south of Houston st. 500 SQ feet with 2 big dressing rooms and bathroom. Fully lit with a large storefront window. Space can be used stocked with our merchandise or emptied. Easy parking and also same street city offers set parking easily. Charming NYC vibe central to everything in the city. We are open to different uses for videos and movie sets. Also pop up retail that wants it short term 1 week to 6 months.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
