At The Portal HQ, we take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. Before and after every booking, our team conducts a thorough cleaning of all event areas, including high-touch surfaces, restrooms, furniture, and shared equipment. Here’s what you can expect: 🧼 Full-space cleaning between every event, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting all common areas 🪑 Sanitization of all high-touch items such as door handles, seating, countertops, and bar surfaces 🛁 Restroom restocking and sanitizing to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all guests 🌬️ Ventilation of the space before each event for fresh airflow 🧽 Optional cleaning supplies (wipes, hand sanitizer) available on-site for guest use We’re committed to providing a clean, safe, and inspiring environment for your event. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
