At The Portal HQ, we take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. Before and after every booking, our team conducts a thorough cleaning of all event areas, including high-touch surfaces, restrooms, furniture, and shared equipment. Here’s what you can expect: 🧼 Full-space cleaning between every event, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting all common areas 🪑 Sanitization of all high-touch items such as door handles, seating, countertops, and bar surfaces 🛁 Restroom restocking and sanitizing to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all guests 🌬️ Ventilation of the space before each event for fresh airflow 🧽 Optional cleaning supplies (wipes, hand sanitizer) available on-site for guest use We’re committed to providing a clean, safe, and inspiring environment for your event. If you have specific cleaning or setup needs, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to accommodate when we can!

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
