🧼 Cleaning & Safety We take pride in keeping the home spotless and guest-ready. Professional cleaning before and after every booking, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, switches). Linens and towels are professionally laundered and replaced fresh for each stay. Bathrooms and kitchen are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants. Outdoor spaces (patio, rooftop, yard seating) are wiped down and refreshed before each booking. Trash and recycling are removed after every group. Supplies provided: hand soap, paper towels, and basic cleaning products for guest use during events. We follow Peerspace’s cleaning guidelines and can accommodate special requests (deep clean before shoots, no-scent cleaning products, etc.) with advance notice.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
