With convenient on-site parking, a private entrance, and a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Orlando, this apartment is ideal for intimate, distraction-free sessions. Please note: this is a day-use space only, no overnight stays permitted. We take pride in keeping the apartment spotless and guest-ready. After each booking: All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, light switches, remotes) are sanitized. Kitchen and bathroom are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Floors are vacuumed and mopped. Fresh linens and towels are provided if used. Trash and recycling are removed after every booking. Furniture and décor are returned to their original placement, so the space is reset for the next guest. We allow buffer time between reservations to complete cleaning and to air out the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
