Welcome to our Spanish-style corner backyard — a versatile and inviting space perfect for gatherings, events, or creative projects. The patio area features a cozy living room setup with comfortable seating, a TV, and a mobile bar, creating the perfect spot to relax or entertain. For culinary experiences, we have a commercial catering grill and a wet bar, making it easy to serve food and drinks on-site. The fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while the open grass area can accommodate tables, seating, or activity space — all furniture is movable to suit your event’s needs. All items pictured are included. Tables and chairs are available as addons but not included in list price. String lights overhead create a magical evening atmosphere, making this backyard ideal for parties, workshops, photoshoots, or intimate gatherings. Flexible, charming, and fully equipped — a true backyard oasis in Whittier. There is one bathroom for guest to use on site, it is located inside the home. Booker must be okay with their guest accessing the bathroom through a bedroom. Host will be onsite during the reservation and may also use this facility. Booker is welcome to rent a portable restroom if he/she chooses. Before adding bartending at check out please check if it is available the day of your event. Booker must bring their own propane for use of the grill NO we do not have outdoor heaters. You may bring your own.
