Renovation Discount A discounted rate is currently being offered while portions of the property are undergoing light renovations. These improvements do not affect the outdoor filming areas. Important Booking Information Please review the House Rules before booking. Booking times must include all setup, production, and teardown. Your reserved time begins when the first person enters the property and ends when the last person and all equipment have exited. Overtime: Any time beyond your reserved booking will be billed at 1.5× (150%) of the hourly booking rate, subject to availability. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition in which it was received. Any damage or excessive cleaning required after the booking may result in additional charges.
