About Gary's Loft
A 2,000 sq foot fully furnished space with smooth, cement floors and a cozy fireplace flanked by tall bookcases. A key feature is our brand new, fully functional, modern kitchen set which includes a moveable island with working cooktop, two wall ovens, a full sized fridge and freezer, and a sink, with custom marble countertops and white subway tile backsplash. This floor is part of an iconic studio and event venue with over 12,000 square feet located on the top three floors & roof of a twelve story building in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. We've been a popular location for film, TV, commercial and photo shoots for over 25 years, as well as a go to destination for weddings, private parties, and corporate events.

Our spaces are professionally cleaned every day in between bookings. We only ask that our clients fully restore the space to it's original condition and leave it broom clean at the end of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
