Great daylight studio with western exposure in 100+ year old converted factory building. Huge expanse of 11 ft windows spanning one entire wall. Appx 500 sq feet space. Beautiful natural light, direct in the afternoons, indirect in the mornings. Perfect art studio, for small photo shoots, product photography, content creation, social media, TikTok etc. Quiet building. Simple space, nothing fancy, but quiet and the light is amazing!

Since it's an art studio, it is regularly cleaned as that kind of space would be. There are paints, solvents, art supplies being used in the building. Anyone with sensitivity to these kinds of products should avoid booking here.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
