Before 10:30pm, music and performances are generally permitted at strong sound levels within venue guidelines. All events must comply with our audio policy. Medium to large gatherings may require: Event insurance Liability agreement 1–2 security staff (arranged by venue) Audiences of late events must exit no later than 2:00am. Renters may stay a little longer to clean and reset. Please inquire if planning a live event or performance. Equipment & Set Holds We offer structured equipment and set hold options between booking windows. Productions requiring the space to remain set between booking periods may incur an exclusivity fee, depending on scheduling impact. Short-term storage in designated areas may be available when it does not interfere with additional rentals. Availability and pricing depend on calendar impact and space usage. Please inquire when requesting multi-day or overnight holds. Accessibility The space is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs only (20 steps from both entrances). There is currently no wheelchair access. Hours Available 24/7, subject to staff availability and booking schedule.
