About the Space
Passage commands nearly 3,000 sq ft atop a private desert promontory, unveiling a monolithic brutalist entry and uninterrupted 360° vistas. An 80-foot infinity pool stretches into the horizon, while walls of glass dissolve the boundary between refined interiors and the vast expanse beyond. With a private movie room, outdoor kitchen, and bespoke luxury finishes throughout, Passage is a sanctuary where design and landscape exist in perfect harmony.
