Trash Removal: All trash is collected and disposed of properly. Surface Cleaning: Tables, chairs, counters, and all high-touch surfaces are wiped and sanitized. Floor Care: Floors are swept and mopped as needed. Restroom Maintenance: Restrooms are cleaned, restocked, and sanitized. Stage & Equipment: The stage, catwalk, and speaker system are wiped down and checked for cleanliness. Between Events: Regularly wipe down high-touch surfaces, including door handles and railings. Sweep or vacuum floors as needed to maintain a tidy appearance. Ensure restrooms are stocked and clean for guest use. Check the salon section and other areas for cleanliness and readiness.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
