Backyard Garden of Historic Home

The garden is perfect for photoshoots, meetings, creative workshops, and intimate gatherings. The backyard features a lush backyard with a hammock, lounge seating, grass, shady trees, and a dining table. Please note that the house is under airplane path. It can be loud enough that when outside you need to pause conversation for a few seconds. A flight tracking app is helpful for knowing when to anticipate a plane if capturing audio for a video shoot. The garden plantings are subject to change and vary seasonally. The indoor space is available to book separately. About the neighborhood: South Park is a walkable neighborhood with beautiful historic homes, families out walking dogs and pushing strollers, great restaurants, cafes, and charm. There's a lovely grassy park and a small playground three blocks away. There's a dog park, a grocery store, multiple coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops, a Target store, and more all within a 15 minute walk. We're a 5 minute drive to the zoo and Balboa Park, and a 10-20 minute drive to all the beaches and wonderful restaurants San Diego has to offer!
