Marquee arts has 2 major venues to choose from. The Michigan Theater and The State Theatre. The Michigan Theater is a beautiful vintage movie palace built in 1928, fantastically restored to its original glory with modern features and amenities. This venue has a stage for unique filming and photography opportunities, as well as another smaller screening room if that meets your needs. This venue is available as a performance or screening venue by contacting [email protected] or visiting our website at https://marquee-arts.org/rentals/ The State Theatre is a more casual and cool aesthetic, with art deco architecture built in 1941 and restored in the late 80's. This venue offers vintage neon and a laid-back lobby for filming and photoshoots. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
