This bright, open-plan Lower East Side loft is just a short walk from SoHo and designed for maximum versatility. A spacious white cyclorama and clean, minimalist main area make it ideal for photo and video shoots, castings, creative productions, pop-up showrooms, and gatherings. The open layout allows easy re-configuration of furniture and backdrops, while the high ceilings and large windows bring in beautiful natural light. The space includes a private bathroom and a separate kitchen with a small prep area for wardrobe or catering. Photo equipment can be removed form the main area if needed.

After every booking, we focus on sanitizing the areas and items guests touch the most. The bathroom, kitchen surfaces, and all lighting equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected so everything is fresh and ready for the next guest
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
