Our home is cleaned and disinfected before each booking to ensure a professional, production-ready space. High-touch surfaces, bathrooms, and common areas are sanitized. Before leaving, we ask that guests: • Return furniture and decor to their original placement (photos can be provided at check-in for reference). • Remove personal items and production materials. • Collect and bag trash/recycling; we’ll handle disposal. • Wipe up spills or obvious messes. We provide: • Trash bags, paper towels, and basic cleaning supplies for light touch-ups. • Professional cleaning between all bookings. We’re excited to share our home with you.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
