The loft’s natural light and minimalist design photograph beautifully, making it ideal for content-forward events. A modern, spacious kitchen is available upon request, perfect for catering support, food prep, beverage setup, and hosting culinary-forward gatherings. Smart lighting and sound, managed through an in-studio iPad, allow you to craft the right ambiance for networking events, tastings, socials, workshops, and brand activations. For Guests • Please return the studio to the condition it was in at the start of your booking. • Remove all personal items, equipment, and production materials before departure. • Place all trash and recycling in the designated bins. • Wipe up spills or food debris from counters, tables, and floors. • Reset furniture and props to their original configuration unless otherwise arranged. • Any additional storage or multi-day use must be requested in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
