The space combines large industrial windows, original wood floors, 13–14 ft ceilings and a curated mix of modern and mid-century furnishings. The studio is intentionally flexible. Modular furniture, movable work surfaces and open floor areas make it easy to build quick vignettes, styled sets or more open production layouts within one booking. The studio is located on the fourth floor of a historic industrial building and is currently accessible by stairs only.
