With a balance of seated and standing areas, the space works equally well for mingling over drinks or enjoying a coursed, wine-paired dinner. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? Our main lounge features a moody, sophisticated wine bar atmosphere with flexible seating that can be rearranged for your event. The bar area is perfect for casual receptions, while our banquette and café tables provide a natural setup for seated dinners or tasting flights. For larger groups, the entire venue may be reserved to create a flowing, private experience across the bar and lounge. What unique features or amenities does your space have? Standing reception: up to 20 guests Can I bring in outside food or catering? We provide in-house food and beverage options tailored to your event. For special requests, we’re happy to collaborate on outside catering partnerships on a case-by-case basis. Do you offer private wine tastings or pairings as part of events? Yes! Our sommeliers loves designing guided tastings, pairing menus, or educational wine experiences for groups. These can be casual and interactive or more structured and formal, depending on your vision. What A/V or tech capabilities are available? We offer a sound system for music. For more extensive equipment, we can recommend local vendors. Is the space available for buyouts? Yes. Full buyouts are available for groups seeking exclusive use of GiGi’s. Partial buyouts and smaller reservations can also be arranged. How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for private events, though smaller reservations can often be accommodated with shorter notice.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
