Vibrant Neighbourhood Studio Welcome to your flexible, private studio space, perfectly sized for gatherings of 10 to 15 guests. Located right in the heart of East York’s residential community, this venue is designed for easy, stress-free bookings. Ideal Activities: Parties: Perfect for small birthday parties (especially children's), baby showers, or social get-togethers. Instructional: Excellent for hosting small-group workshops, fitness classes (yoga, meditation), professional training, and art groups. Meetups: Great for book clubs, strategy sessions, or neighborhood meetings that need a quiet, dedicated space. Layout and Premium Amenities: This is a clean, single-room hall with an open layout that you can configure easily. Layout: Enjoy a flexible, open space that can be set up for seating, or cleared for movement-based activities and children's parties. Essential Facilities: We provide two dedicated washrooms for the convenience of your guests. Unique Feature: The studio is located directly below Revitasize cafe! We offer full in-house catering from the café above, simplifying your event planning. Choose from our fresh, healthy menu of custom smoothies, acai bowls, cold-pressed juices, and our best-selling Tunacado sandwiches - perfect fuel for any event. Kid-Friendly Bonus: A huge selection of games is available to keep children entertained during parties or while parents attend workshops. We offer a clean, professional space designed to make your next event run smoothly and deliciously.

Host Cleaning Policy Deep Clean Standard: The studio is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every booking. We maintain the highest standards of hygiene for health and safety, especially since we are connected to a food service environment. Ready-to-Use Space: The studio will be perfectly clean and ready when you arrive. You do not need to perform any pre-event sanitizing. Guest Cleaning Requirements (The Direct Ask) Tidy Up: We ask that guests collect all trash and place it in the designated bins before leaving. Remove All Items: Please ensure you remove all equipment, supplies, and personal items brought into the space. Excessive Mess: A cleaning fee will be applied only if the space is left with excessive mess (spills, stains, or items not cleared), requiring more than our standard cleaning time.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
