Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Professional Cleaning: The venue includes a professional cleaning service with a flat fee of $250, which covers standard cleaning before and after the event. Guest Responsibilities: Remove all personal items, decorations, and event materials at the end of the rental period. Dispose of trash in designated bins; large or hazardous items should be removed by the event host. Avoid spilling liquids or substances on floors, furniture, or equipment. Furniture & Equipment: Chairs, tables, and equipment (e.g., projectors, TVs) must be returned to their original placement unless prior arrangements are made. Any damages caused during the event may be subject to additional fees. Kitchenette Use: Wipe down counters, sinks, and appliances after use. Remove all food and beverages brought into the space. Incident Reporting: Any spills, stains, or damages should be reported immediately to the venue staff to prevent permanent damage.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
