Studio Cleaning Policy At Brightlight Virtual Studio, we take pride in maintaining a clean, professional, and production-ready environment. A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking and covers regular post-use cleaning, including trash removal, surface wiping, and light floor cleaning. However, if the studio is left in a condition that requires deep cleaning or specialized sanitation, additional cleaning fees may apply. To avoid extra charges, we kindly ask our guests to treat the space with care and return it in a tidy and usable condition at the end of their session. If you're unsure whether a specific activity might incur additional cleaning costs, please check with us in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
