The expansive open floor plan with high ceilings and clean finishes offers a flexible canvas that adapts seamlessly to a variety of uses. Available are two bathrooms, including showers and a powder area, add comfort and convenience. Parking for 6-7 vehicles in total, with 2 or 3 of those reserved for the organizer. Transit access just five minutes from the Union Square T stop or the 87 bus right outside, the location is both practical and inviting.

We thoroughly clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas before and after each booking, following CDC-recommended COVID-19 guidelines. Hand sanitizer is provided on-site, and guests are encouraged to practice safe distancing and hygiene throughout their use of the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
