We maintain a clean and safe gaming environment to ensure every guest has a great experience. Our cleaning process includes: Gaming Equipment: Controllers, gaming stations, and shared equipment are wiped down and sanitized between each booking. High-Touch Surfaces: Tables, chairs, and other frequently touched areas are disinfected regularly throughout the day. Game Area: The entire gaming lounge is swept, vacuumed, and refreshed daily to keep the space neat and comfortable. Hand Sanitizer: Sanitizing stations are available for guests to use before and after gameplay. Event Turnover: Before each booking, staff completes a full reset of the space to ensure it’s ready for your group. We want guests to feel confident that the space is clean, safe, and ready for nonstop fun.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
