We take great pride in maintaining a clean, photo-ready space for every guest. After each booking, our team resets the store to ensure it looks exactly as it does during business hours. All surfaces, fitting areas, and high-touch points are disinfected. Clothing racks and merchandise are realigned, and the floor is vacuumed and wiped down. Any items moved or used during a booking are returned to their original locations to maintain our curated aesthetic.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
