This peaceful house has a spacious combined living room and dining room space which is perfect for hosting meetings, baby/wedding showers, or other gatherings in a large room. Seating is available for up to 20 people plus additional chairs/seating on the porch in front of the house. The house also has a dedicated office space for private meetings, for recording content, or for writing/computer work. The kitchen has plenty of counter space with updated stainless steel appliances. Coffee and tea are provided. One full bathroom is located on the first floor. The house has a lot of natural light coming in from the many windows throughout the space. Located in Grant Park, this house is in a great location, close to downtown, and within walking distance to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and the Atlanta Zoo.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
