Neighborhood Details: Nestled in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, the space is steps away from Central Park and surrounded by some of the city’s most iconic landmarks and luxury hotels. Guests will find no shortage of nearby cafés, fine dining, and upscale retail along Fifth Avenue. Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, and major cultural institutions are all within walking distance, making this a truly world-class location. Logistics: The 5,000-square-foot space comfortably accommodates 30–40 guests and includes 2,000 square feet of beautifully designed outdoor terrace with sweeping views of Central Park. The main area is flexible and can be arranged for board meetings, classroom-style sessions, panels, or open networking events. The building features 24/7 doorman service and lobby security cameras. Additional security cameras are installed at the office’s elevator entrance for added peace of mind. Guests have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a kitchen area, and multiple breakout spaces. The office is easily accessible by subway (B, D, E, F, N, Q, R, W trains), bus, and nearby parking garages. Elevator access is available from the lobby for seamless entry.

Our office is professionally cleaned on a regular basis to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces—including tables, door handles, elevator buttons, and bathroom fixtures - are disinfected frequently. Before each booking, the space is thoroughly tidied, sanitized, and reset to ensure it is spotless and ready for use. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are also available on-site for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
