With its industrial feel and timeless white and black aesthetic, this spacious venue offers a unique backdrop for your next event. The indoor space is about 1200sqft. Guests enter into the main area that seats up to 20. The space also has a private meeting room that can seat up to 6. There is a back room that can seat up to 20 and a courtyard off the back entrance that can seat up to 50. There is a Kitchenette on-site with a full fridge, sink and dishwasher. There is one bathroom on-site. The space is wheelchair accessible. It is on the first floor. There are no stairs.

All surfaces are disinfected after each rental. The floors are thoroughly swept and mopped. The walls are washed as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
