 A private secret bunker - 10,000 square feet of space with 2,500 square feet indoors (air-conditioned) and 7,500 square feet outdoors. The facility features private gated parking for 15 cars, two bathrooms, a makeup room, a flex/green room, a kitchenette, and a 27' x 23' cyclorama wall with 12 ft ceilings and metal grip for easy rigging. The rental includes free internet, eight speakers, basic lighting, a projector/screen, four black foldable chairs, and two black tables. This space is ideal for shoots, events, or creative projects.
