The studio offers a wide variety of fitness equipment including free weights (2lb-120lbs), selectorized weights, power racks, traditional cardio equipment and functional fitness equipment like medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, flexibility balls, jump boxes, Concept 2 ski ergs, Concept 2 rowers, Schwinn bikes, Ab Dollies, BOSU, Surges, Bands, bars, aerobic steps, Battle Ropes and Boxing Bags. Office space is also available upon request, which includes 2 desks, Nespresso Coffee Maker, Mini fridge, white leather couch and additional chairs for small private meetings. Other amenities include coffee, water station, inbody body composition machine (by appointment only), locker room, showers and restrooms. Ground level oversize loading area available with large roll down door accessible from back alley. Facility is not open to the public.
