Pre-Check-In Cleaning Process 1. Floors & Surfaces • Sweep and vacuum all floors. • Mop hard surfaces if needed. • Wipe down tables, counters, shelves, and any high-touch areas with disinfectant. 2. Furniture & Layout • Arrange furniture according to standard layout. • Ensure lounge area is clean, tidy, and visually inviting. • Reset creative stations (painting easels, yoga/Pilates props, music/karaoke setup). 3. Props & Equipment • Sanitize yoga mats, Pilates props, and reusable painting supplies. • Check art supplies, markers, brushes, and canvases for cleanliness and completeness. • Test sound system, microphones, and lighting equipment to ensure functionality. 4. Decor & Ambiance • Dust decorative items and ensure boutique decor is polished. • Check lighting and ambiance to ensure a stylish, Instagram-ready setting. 5. Refreshments & Add-Ons • Prepare drinks, snacks, or any pre-arranged add-ons for guests. • Ensure cups, glasses, and serving areas are clean. 6. Final Check • Empty trash bins and replace liners. • Do a walkthrough of the space to ensure everything is clean, organized, and guest-ready. • Make note of any damages or items that need attention.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
