We’re surrounded by excellent bus transport links, connecting our space to the wider South Coast network. We’re also a 20-minute walk from the train station, with direct trains to London Waterloo in under 2 hours. CATERING & DRY HIRE OPTIONS Our spaces are available on a dry hire basis, allowing you to bring in your own catering and suppliers. The event space is in good condition and always clean.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
