Neon + backdrop studio with natural & light equipment included

This is a 530 sq ft professionally converted garage studio built specifically for photo and video production. It offers a 23' × 23' shooting area, 10' ceiling, natural light, full blackout capability, seamless backdrops, and professional lighting equipment included with the rental. The space works well for portraits, fashion, boudoir, product photography, content creation, music videos, interviews, and small commercial productions. NATURAL LIGHT + BLACKOUT The studio receives plenty of natural light throughout the day. Direct sunlight typically reaches the shooting area in the morning from one side and again in the late afternoon from the opposite side. Full blackout curtains allow you to completely control the light and create a nighttime or neon look at any time of day. SEAMLESS BACKDROPS A motorized seamless-paper system is installed in the studio. Four backdrop colors are included with your booking. Additional colors or a fresh paper cut can be added for a small fee. Furniture is mounted on casters, so the space can be rearranged quickly between looks. WHO IT WORKS BEST FOR The studio is ideal for individual creators and small photo/video crews of approximately 2–5 people. Larger setups may be possible depending on the production—message me before booking if you have a larger crew or unusual equipment. The studio has air conditioning, a dressing area, street-level access, and easy equipment load-in. Need to photograph or film a motorcycle, car, or truck?
