Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in keeping our studio spotless and photo-ready for every guest: The space is cleaned and disinfected after each booking, including all high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, and equipment). Floors are swept and sanitized between every session to maintain the studio’s all-white finish. Softbox lighting and equipment are wiped down after use. Trash bins are emptied and liners replaced after each booking. Restroom and vanity areas are restocked and disinfected daily. A 15–30 minute reset window is scheduled between sessions to ensure the space is fully refreshed before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
