The Brookvale loft warehouse is an elevated industrial space with cosy hidden gem charm. Ideal for loads of event types - from photo/film shoots to live music events, speaker events, parties, workshops, health and wellness classes, dance classes or whatever your wonderful mind can conjure up! There is a stage, with a simple (but loud) sound system, and a big screen and projector. Work tables and chairs are available. Two bathrooms and a kitchenette. A large outdoor undercover area where tables and chairs or small stalls can be set up. If you're looking for a unique space where pretty much anything goes, then get in touch for your next event!

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
