# Cleaning & Sanitizing Process We keep the gym spotless and game-ready with **daily cleaning** plus **twice-weekly deep cleaning & sanitizing**. ## Daily Cleaning (Every Day) * **Courts:** Dust-mop and light damp-mop with **pH-neutral, wood-safe cleaner**; wall pads disinfected; benches wiped. * **Fitness/Weight Area:** Benches, handles, dumbbells, racks **wiped and disinfected**; floors swept/mopped. * **Restrooms & Locker Areas:** Toilets, sinks, counters **sanitized**; soap/paper restocked; floors mopped. * **Common Areas:** Entrance glass spot-cleaned; trash removed; high-touch points (door handles, railings) **disinfected**. ## Deep Clean & Sanitizing (2 Days/Week) * **Courts:** Full dust-mop + thorough damp-mop edge-to-edge; wall pads and baseboards disinfected. * **Equipment:** Complete wipe-down and disinfect of benches, racks, and accessories; vents/fans dusted. * **Restrooms:** Descale fixtures, detail floors/grout, sanitize partitions and high-touch hardware. * **Common Areas:** Full glass clean, corners/baseboards detailed, trash bins sanitized. ## Products & Standards * **EPA-registered disinfectants** on high-touch surfaces. * **Wood-safe, pH-neutral floor cleaner** (no bleach/ammonia/oil soaps). * Color-coded cloths and separate **court vs. restroom** mop systems to prevent cross-contamination. ## Timing & Logs * Daily cleanings occur **before opening and after closing** (with quick touch-ups between sessions as needed). * Deep cleans are scheduled **twice per week** during off-hours. **Checklists and logs** are maintained on site. ## During Your Booking * We provide **sanitizing wipes** and **hand sanitizer**. * Quick spills or scuffs? Staff will assist immediately to keep the floor safe and ready for play.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
