CSB Fine Arts – Event Space in DUMBO Located in the heart of DUMBO, Brooklyn, CSB Fine Arts offers a contemporary gallery space perfect for intimate gatherings, private events, and creative activations. The gallery features high ceilings, white walls, and an open layout that allows for flexibility in event design. Space Details Approximate dimensions: 20 ft x 28 ft (open rectangular layout) Ceiling height: 10.5 ft Architectural feature: one central column, measuring 3 ft wide Capacity & Uses The gallery comfortably accommodates up to 25–30 guests standing or 15–20 seated, depending on the setup. Cleaning Process – CSB Fine Arts Before the Event The gallery will be delivered clean, with floors swept and surfaces wiped down. Trash bins and liners will be provided for guest use. During the Event Guests are responsible for managing their own trash and keeping food/drink areas tidy. Please use trays, table coverings, or protective mats for catering setups to prevent spills. After the Event Renters are responsible for: Collecting all trash and placing it in bins or removing it from the space. Wiping down tables, counters, and any surfaces used. Returning furniture to its original location. CSB Fine Arts staff will handle: Sweeping and mopping floors. Final wipe-down of the space. Inspecting the gallery to ensure no damages occurred. Additional Notes Deep cleaning (e.g., for spills, stains, or damages) will incur an extra fee. If you prefer, a professional cleaning service can be arranged and billed separately.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
