Our cleaning process is designed to ensure that each event begins with a fresh, hygienic, and beautifully prepared space. Before Every Event Deep Cleaning: All floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. High-Touch Areas: Door handles, light switches, tables, and chairs are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products. Air Quality: We air out and ventilate the venue to maintain a fresh atmosphere before guests arrive. Event Setup: All rental furniture and décor are inspected, cleaned, and arranged to your specifications. After Every Event Full Reset: The venue is restored to pristine condition with sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitization of all areas. Waste Removal: Trash and recycling are cleared promptly, ensuring an eco-friendly cleanup process. Final Inspection: Our team conducts a detailed walk-through to ensure the space meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
