We take great pride in keeping our historic Jack London Square space spotless and ready for every guest. The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking, including all high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and entry areas. We use eco-friendly, restaurant-grade cleaning products that are safe and effective. Our team removes all trash and sanitizes tables, chairs, and kitchen prep surfaces between events. Hand sanitizer stations are available for guests throughout the space. We kindly ask that guests leave the space in good condition and include time for cleanup within their booking. We want every guest to enjoy a fresh, welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
