The Clubhouse is conveniently located by our 15 Ranch Houses (4bed, 4bath short term rental houses) and it is the perfect flex space to host rehearsal dinners, brunches, meetings, corporate retreats, birthday gatherings, etc. It is available as a daily use venue rental. Things to know: -The pool next to the clubhouse is not part of the venue and remains open to other guests. -Access to venue 11am to 10pm. (Peerspace will allow you to request less. We require payment for 10 hours minimum) -Inside seating up to 50 people, plus patio seating up to 30 people. -Patio space includes BBQ, market lighting, bar. -Vendors/caterers allowed upon approval. -Free Parking. -No weddings. -6 farm tables and 50 chairs inside -One bathroom - No kitchen (oven or stove). It’s a kitchenette and bar area including 2 fridges (one medium size and one bar size), microwave, small counter oven, coffee maker. -Ask us about lodging steps away from the venue - Outside alcohol allowed - Spaces shown in pictures are allowed to use (including bar area) - tables and chairs shown in pictures included - TV works for slideshows or presentations. You’ll need to bring a HDMI cable.
