Here’s what we do between each booking: Professional Cleaning: Our cleaning team thoroughly sanitizes all rooms, paying special attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls. Fresh Linens & Towels: All bedding, linens, and towels are freshly laundered and replaced for each stay. Disinfection: Bathrooms and kitchens are cleaned with disinfectants that meet CDC standards. Ventilation: Each unit is properly ventilated during and after cleaning to ensure fresh air circulation. Inspection: Before check-in, the property is inspected to confirm it meets our cleanliness and safety standards. We also provide basic cleaning supplies for guests who wish to tidy up during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
