AREA 02 - Studio + Workspace - Naturally lit creative environment within the AH AH Campus (Area Hall Art House) in downtown South Bend, IN. Designed for portrait, editorial, and small-scale commercial productions, the space features large north- and west-facing windows, soft neutral tones, textured layers for different feel/shots, flexible layout, and comfortable furnishings, also making it ideal as a client lounge, greenroom, or prep space when booked alongside AREA 01 or AREA 03. Equipped with Wi-Fi, outlets along every wall, and convenient ground-level access, AREA 02 offers a calm, daylight-filled setting that transitions seamlessly between stills, video, and collaborative creative work. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
