Housed at 7 World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan, The Squadron was built as a modern center of excellence for immersive, experiential learning. Inspired by aviation environments, the space integrates F-35 flight simulators with briefing rooms to turn high-pressure scenarios into practical, repeatable skills. While the facility is state-of-the-art, its ethos draws on decades of Air Force–proven methodologies: brief → execute → debrief, translated for teams, leaders, and educators.
We’re in 7 WTC, the heart of Downtown Manhattan, steps from the Oculus/Westfield, Brookfield Place, and the Hudson River waterfront. Guests can make a day of it: cafés and chef-driven restaurants, parks and promenades, galleries, and iconic sites (One World Observatory, 9/11 Memorial). Transit is effortless; multiple subway lines, PATH, ferries, and commuter lines converge here, making attendance easy for New York–area teams and out-of-town visitors alike.
Layout: Reception and check-in → briefing studio → simulator bay → debrief lounge; modular breakout areas as needed.
