DURING THE EVENT A. General Cleanliness - Keep all food and beverages contained within the main event area. - Encourage guests to use trash bins throughout the event for disposables. - Wipe spills immediately to prevent damage to flooring or furniture. - Using confetti, glitter, or any décor that sheds or stains is not allowed B. Waste Management - Use provided trash bags and bins for food waste, bottles, and disposable items. - If bins reach capacity, tie off the full bags and set them aside neatly for disposal. END-OF-EVENT CLEANING All cleanup must be completed within your booking time. Please follow each step carefully: A. Trash & Recycling - Collect and bag all trash, including food, plates, cups, and decorations. - Place full trash bags in the designated area or receptacle provided by staff. - Do not leave loose waste on tables, counters, or floors. B. Tables, Chairs, & Furniture - Wipe down tables, counters, and high-touch surfaces using provided cleaning wipes or a mild cleaner. - Return all furniture and décor to its original placement as found upon arrival. - Do not drag tables or chairs; lift them to prevent floor damage. C. Kitchenette / Prep Area (if used) - Remove all food, containers, and catering supplies. - Wipe down counters and ensure no spills remain. - Leave sinks and prep surfaces clean and dry. D. Floors - Sweep up any visible debris or crumbs. - If a spill occurred, use provided cleaning supplies to spot clean. - Venue staff will conduct final mopping and deep cleaning after your event. 3. Final Walkthrough Before leaving, please complete a quick final check: - All trash is bagged and placed in the designated area. - Furniture is returned to its original setup. - All personal items, décor, and catering materials are removed. -Lights are turned off and doors securely closed. Our venue staff may perform a post-event inspection. Any excessive mess, damage, or uncompleted cleaning may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
