About the Space
It is a furnished apartment that is pretty minimal. It's attached to my house- I had it built this year so it's very clean and modern. The living room, kitchen and dining room are open concept. There are two bedrooms, and a bathroom. This could be used for conferences, parties, photo shoots, etc. There's a big backyard that is available too that gets beautiful light. I have a firepit in the backyard that could be used as well. The apartment is on an acre of land in East Nashville, so it's near a lot of things, but with a lot of privacy and nature.

The space is thoroughly cleaned between each guest. All porous surface areas are sprayed and vacuumed. The floors and surfaces are disinfected. Linens are washed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
