Tarpon Springs is known for its rich Greek heritage, home to the highest percentage of Greek Americans in the U.S., and for being the “Sponge Capital of the World.” COhatch Tarpon Springs reflects this history through design elements inspired by Greek architecture, like arches and key patterns, blended with a light Florida color palette and coastal touches. References to the city’s sponge-diving past and even a nod to the building’s former life as Club Cliché are woven throughout the space, creating a vibrant connection between local culture and community. The space also features The Breezeway, an event space with painted paver tiles and a dark ceiling designed to bring the feeling of being outdoors inside.
